Donna founded Bookkeeping Made Simple with the understanding that small businesses is the heart of the American economy. After offering to do books for a friend who said he didn’t have enough work to keep someone in the office 20 hours a week, she recognized the need for an efficient, online system. She has 20 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience and is excited to help small business owners achieve their goals. She enjoys spending time with her family and traveling whenever possible. She is the firstborn of eight children and a mother to five. She also loves hiking, camping, cooking, yoga, and fitness. A huge believer in lifelong education, she recently earned her MBA and Masters of Accounting degrees.

Terri Frandsen
Bookkeeper
Terri joined our team in August 2022. She has been in the financial industry for many years helping her Dad who is a CPA. She recently got her certification with Quickbooks Online through Salt Lake Community College. She has lived in Utah her whole life and has 3 beautiful children! In her free time she enjoys spending time with her immediate family and staying healthy through exercise and fitness.

Krista "Harley" Gibson
Bookkeeper, Administrative Assistant
Harley joined the team in September of 2022. She serves as a COGS specialist for our e-commerce clients, as well as a bookkeeper and administrative assistant. She has worked in the financial sector for several years, as well as customer service. She has lived in Paducah, KY and Würzberg, Germany prior to moving to Utah. She lives in Price, UT with her husband and three children.
